How does the doctor keep up to date on all of the current techniques and materials?
Dr. Wu believes in the value and importance of continuing education, so he takes
many hours of continuing education courses in comprehensive care, cosmetic dentistry,
and implant dentistry each year.
Do you accept new patients?
Yes, We now welcome new patients, as well as referrals.
Do you accept my insurance plan?
We accept most dental insurance plans. Our front office staff will be happy to help
find your coverage and to answer any related questions you may have.
What is your cancellation policy?
Dr. Wu has a very busy practice, and when you make an appointment we reserve that
time just for you. If you have to change it, please inform us at least two days prior
so that we can accommodate another patient who is waiting to be seen.
What payment options do you provide?
We offer a variety of payment options for our patients. If you are covered by insurances,
we will help you get whatever benefits you are entitled to. For any treatments not
covered by insurances, we offer payment plans through third-party financing companies.
Some of these have no-interest payment options available.
What precautions do you take to ensure patient safety?
Nothing is more important than our patients' safety. We use all available means to
ensure your safety in our office. We have a state-of-the art sterilization center
for our dental instruments, and we are diligent in using all safety equipments and
What makes you different from any other dental practice I can visit?
We believe that the distinguishing features of our practice are our customer service
commitment and the quality of our dental care. We will do everything possible to
make you satisfied with your treatment and with the results that we achieve.
My gums bleed after I brush. Is this something to be concerned about?
Yes. It is not normal to have bleeding gums. Even if you've been brushing and flossing
regularly, you may have periodontal diseases. Please call our office to make an appointment
for the checkup.
How often should I have a dental exam and cleaning?
You should have your teeth checked and cleaned at least twice a year, though Dr.
Wu and Staff may recommend more frequent visits.
What are porcelain veneers and how can they improve my smile?
Porcelain veneers are very thin shells of tooth-shaped porcelain that are individually
